Starting in corporate was a baptism of fire. Krystle learnt pretty quickly that kindness had no place there. It’s not how people communicated, or got ahead.
So for 40+ hours a week, she turned into someone she was not. She changed her communication style, made decisions against her values, and competed for promotions.
It felt awful. She didn’t want to do it anymore, but what else could she do? She had forgotten what she was naturally good at.
She started learning social media and content creation so she could work for herself.
This was a new awful experience. She persisted until she saw the pattern.

The first thing we do is dive into the psychological state of your audience. Whether they are processing a loss, feeling stuck or navigating a societal barrier, we treat this phase with absolute care. Together, we align on the emotional shift and action you'd like to guide them towards.
We discuss ideas to ground a story in, and creative ways to bring it to life in the medium/s you have chosen. Then we get to work shaping and refining.
This could be written word or finished artwork, a new website or landing page, spatial design specs and event sequencing, or a combination of things for big projects.
